PRE-K BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPS
We are excited to announce the launch of our "Back to School" Pre-K camps this August and wanted to share the details with you so you can pass them along to any interested parents.
These camps are specifically for PK4 students and five-year-olds preparing for the upcoming school year. The goal is to ease their transition back to the academic year by focusing on early literacy, math and some innovation.
The camp sessions are:
Pre-K4 Phonics
Mini Readers: Alphabet and Art
It's never too early to start reading and Literacy Love wants to promote early literacy skills by using a fun multi-sensory approach to teach letter and sounds. Please complete this form if you would like to be the first to know about our early childhood fall classes. These classes will be for toddlers and preschoolers along with their caregivers. These classes will begin at the first week of October.
Scottish Rite: BUILD Program
BUILD is a small group intervention that addresses five specific components of reading instruction. Each element is taught developmentally using a direct, systematic, cumulative, multi-sensory method of introduction and practice to meet the particular needs of kindergarten and first-grade students struggling with reading. Literacy Love uses this program to help prepare pre-k students for kindergarten.
We will come to your child’s school and provide early literacy reading therapy during their school day. This is a great option for students who are at risk for dyslexia or not progressing with learning letter names or sounds. We use the Scottish Rite BUILD program. We also offer in office lessons during the week.
Pre-K Reading Therapy
Study Buddy and Private Lessons
