
Kindergarten BUILD Foundations Class
BUILD is a small group intervention that addresses five specific components of reading instruction. Each component is taught developmentally using a direct, systematic, cumulative, multi-sensory method of introduction and practice to meet the specific needs of kindergarten students struggling with reading.

First Grade

This class will focus on phonics, spelling rules, and basic writing skills that need to be mastered in first grade.

This class is designed for second graders needing extra support with reading comprehension, tricky spelling patterns, and writing skills.

Turbo Start is a dyslexia curriculum for newly identified students but can also be an effective literacy intervention for struggling readers six years and older. Turbo Start contains the five components of Effective Reading Instruction (phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, reading comprehension). Each component is taught developmentally using a direct, systematic, cumulative, multi-sensory method of introduction and practice to meet the specific needs of newly identified students with dyslexia.
Please note: HW is assigned weekly and, it's important for the HW to be completed daily to be successful and grow. The HW takes less than five minutes each night.

This small group is ideal for pre-K-4 through 1st grade.
Please note: HW is assigned weekly and, it's important for the HW to be completed daily to be successful and grow. The HW takes less than five minutes each night.
TAG Writing Class
NOTE: This class begins August 2025 and ends January 2026.
This small group class goes through the writing process and prepares students to complete the writing portion of the TAG exam. Our teachers will conduct a MOCK writing essay in January at the completion of this class. (5-6 students per group)
Keyboarding Learning Lab
This class will not start until September 17th.
This will be a keyboarding practice lab for 3rd-5th-grade students. We will use Keyboarding Without Tears and other various tasks to guide students into being confident typers. We will have procedures in place to ensure that each student maximizes their experience in the lab and that electronics are handled properly. Laptops will be provided. Tuition is $170/month. We will add more classes as needed.

We understand that some students need one-on-one tutoring sessions. Our instructional specialists plan these sessions to meet the individual needs of your student.
